No need to moan about receptionists here.
Over the last week I have witnessed two occasions when patients were being 'forceful' in their requirements! They were met with calmness by well informed receptionists.
Also, our reception staff do all they can to make an appointment if you need one.
We could not ask for any more from them.

I just wanted to write in praise of all the nurses at the surgery. They are being BRILLIANT in the quest to help my husband with a wound problem. Every one of them is always cheerful and supportive. Getting appointments every day could have initially been hard but we were fitted in , even having an appointment before the nurse officially started work. A big thank you to them all.

I have been using this surgery for 11 years and have always found this surgery helpful, friendly and caring. In particular a receptionist called Viv has recently gone out of her way on two occassions to help with a situation I was in. Nothing was too much trouble for her and I really appreciate her help. The surgery is obviously extremely popular and I wonder if this is why it is sometimes hard to get appointments when you want them. Alternatives are always offered through MIAMI etc but for me I prefer to see doctors who I've seen before. I'm very grateful to have a surgery as good as this. Keep up the good work St Lawrence Avenue Surgery!

I'm planning on moving house to a smaller place but I am concentrating my search within St Lawrence's catchment area, they are that good here.
From receptionists to nurses, pharmacists to doctors they provide amazing help and support.
Best medical practice I've ever been registered with.
